The decline of our underwater ecosystems should be a topic of concern for everyone, especially scuba divers and snorkelers. Project Baseline’s mission is to engage these group of water lovers to record change in our precious underwater environments.
On Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM you can come and meet Dr. Todd Kincaid, Project Baseline’s Executive Director at the University of Miami’s Scuba Club located in the Cox Science Building. Speaker Bio: Todd Kincaid is Project Baseline’s Executive Director and the former Vice President of Global Underwater Explorers. He is a groundwater scientist, underwater explorer, and an advocate for environmental conservation. Todd has been studying underwater caves, groundwater flow, and water resources management for nearly 30 years, and SCUBA diving for nearly 40 years. He holds Master of Science and PhD degrees in karst hydrogeology and a Bachelor of Science in geology.
