The project consists of artificial reefs in the Gulf of Mexico in the Panama City (Bay County), FL area. We aim to document the current state of the artificial reefs to enable informed decision making by local and governmental agencies concerning the health of the marine ecosystem and the physical condition of the artificial reefs in the Panama City area.
