Lake Murray is a major recreational lake in Southern Oklahoma. Over the last decade, the lake has faced invasive species, such as hydrilla and zebra mussels. It is also one of the few lakes in the state where freshwater jellyfish can be found. Since Lake Murray is frequented by scuba divers, and is facing many threats, it makes sense to set up a Project Baseline site there. The scope of this project covers Marietta Landing at Lake Murray.
